Drystone Advisory and Contingency Council
Three former colleagues of Christopher Jackson have agreed to serve as the Drystone Advisory and Contingency Council (DACC). The DACC provides Drystone a broader intellectual resource with whom to consult on general investment and business questions.
One of the DACC members is founder and president of an independent investment counsel in Jersey City, NJ, has 26 years of experience in top-down asset allocation and portfolio construction, earned a B.S. in Mathematics and Finance from Providence College, and is a CFA Charterholder.
The second DACC member is portfolio manager at a Charlottesville, VA hedge fund and investment management company, has 23 years experience in bottom-up security analysis and portfolio management, earned a B.S. in Business Management and Applied Economics from Cornell University, and is a CFA Charterholder.
The third DACC member is a retired trust officer who led the NY office of a national trust company, has many years of experience supervising various types of complex trusts and the related tax and investment considerations, and earned his degree from Princeton University.
Although they are not Drystone LLC employees, the DACC will stand ready to advise Drystone and its clients on an orderly closing of the firm and objective transition of client portfolios to successor management, if Christopher Jackson is incapacitated prior to Drystone hiring a full partner and co-manager.
